Extra Challenge #2: Capitol character as a Tribute

So it took me a good day of trying to figure out Ceilia as a Tribute because she clearly wouldn't be strong, wouldn't be too physical, and certainly couldn't be a Career with her current personality. I really wanted to go with 4 because I like the water, and I thought the characteristics of water fit well with Ceilia's personality, but she just isn't physical enough to handle all the work of 4, nor does she have the drive of a Career.

Since Ceilia is detail oriented, works with her hands, and is an extremely creative problem solver, I decided to go with District 3. There, she doesn't have to do the physical work of the "lower" Districts (5-12) and can retain a lot of how she works and thinks, just in a different venue. So she's a programmer for District 3, and since she is 22 (in the current 54th Hunger Games), I had to "shrink" her down a little, and I figured she'd be unlucky and get reaped at 15. Since she's young and works indoors all the time, she really doesn't have any physical strength, endurance, or speed. However, she is an avid reader and knows a lot, is a creative thinker (who works quickly under pressure to solve problems), and is super adorable :3 so maybe she has a chance? Her best bet at winning: trap making, because she clearly wouldn't be able to kill anyone else with weapons nor would she be able to handle the emotional/ mental ramifications of doing so. Killing someone when she isn't there is something she would have the capacity to do.
Oh! And her token is that striped bandana that her mother gave her to keep her hair out of her eyes while she worked.
