Girl on Fire

With all the HG movie stuff popping out everywhere, my love of HG fan art was rekindled. This is the scene where Katniss has just evaded the fire storm, I thought it sounded like fun to paint.

I decided to try some new coloring techniques digitally to maybe match my scribbly drawing style. I guess I was trying to mimic my natural painting style and I'm pretty happy with the final result. Of course I got a little bored painting the background... so I'll need to work on my patience a bit too
